Cancellation
Orders for digital products are processed instantly after successful payment. Once payment is completed and download access is provided, the order cannot be cancelled like a physical shipment.
Refund Eligibility
If you try the first chapter's first two steps for 7 days and still feel the guide is not useful for your business, you may request a refund.
How to Request a Refund

- Include your name, mobile number, email address, order ID/payment reference, and reason.
- Refund requests should be made within 7 days of purchase.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are usually initiated within 5 to 7 working days. Final credit time depends on the bank, UPI provider, card network, or payment gateway.
Failed or Duplicate Payment
If payment is deducted but delivery fails, contact us with payment proof. We will provide ebook access or initiate refund after verification.
