Jai Enterprises ("we", "us") operates vijeshsuthar.in. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we protect it and the choices you have. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

1. Data we collect

• Name and email address — when you buy an ebook or request a free resource. We need these to deliver your file and to contact you about your order.
• Payment status and order details — the product, amount, date and a transaction reference from the payment gateway. We never receive or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login details; these are handled only by Razorpay.
• Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and referring ad, collected through cookies and similar tools described below.

2. How we use your data

• To deliver the product you bought and send order-related emails.
• To answer your support and refund requests.
• To send a short series of helpful emails related to the ebook you bought or requested. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
• To measure and improve our advertising, and to meet tax and legal record-keeping requirements.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

3. Service providers we share data with

Only as needed to run the business: Razorpay (payments), FlexiFunnels (website hosting, checkout and file delivery), MailerLite (email delivery) and Meta Platforms (advertising measurement through the Meta Pixel and Conversions API). Each processes data under its own privacy policy and security standards.

4. Cookies and advertising measurement

We use cookies and the Meta Pixel / Conversions API to understand which ads bring visitors and purchases. When you buy, a hashed (encrypted, one-way) version of your email may be shared with Meta to match the purchase to an ad. You can block cookies in your browser settings and control ad preferences in your Facebook/Instagram account settings.

5. Data retention

Order records are kept for as long as required under Indian tax law (currently up to 8 years). Email-list data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

6. Security

Our website runs on HTTPS. Access to customer data is restricted to the proprietor. Payment data never touches our systems.

7. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for marketing emails, by writing to the email below. We respond within 7 working days. If you are not satisfied, you may contact our Grievance Officer (below).

8. Children

Our ebooks are written for parents and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18; purchases must be made by an adult.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
