Refund and Cancellation Policy

All products sold on vijeshsuthar.in by Jai Enterprises are digital ebooks (PDF files) delivered instantly by email. Because a digital file cannot be "returned" once it has been downloaded, we follow the policy below. We want every customer to be treated fairly, so please read it before you buy.

1. When you get a 100% refund

• Not delivered: you paid but did not receive the file within 24 hours, and we are unable to deliver it after you contact us.
• File does not open: the file is corrupted or will not open on a normal phone or computer, and we cannot fix it by sending a working copy.
• Charged twice: you were charged more than once for the same order — the extra payment is refunded in full.
• Payment debited but order failed: money left your account but no order was created.

2. When a refund is not possible

Once the ebook has been delivered and downloaded successfully, we are unable to offer a refund for change of mind, because the complete product is already in your hands and cannot be taken back. This is clearly stated before purchase.

3. How to request a refund

Email jaicomputerosian@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with: the email address used for the order, the payment date and amount, the transaction/UTR reference if available, and a short description of the problem (a screenshot helps).

4. Timelines

1. We acknowledge your request within 48 hours.
2. We verify the issue within 3 working days — usually by first trying to resolve it (for example, re-sending the file).
3. If the refund is approved, we initiate it within 5 working days, to the same payment method you used.
4. Your bank or UPI app normally credits it within 5–7 working days after that, as per bank timelines.

5. Cancellation

Because delivery is automatic and immediate, an order cannot be cancelled after payment is completed. If you paid by mistake, write to us immediately — if the file has not yet been downloaded, we will cancel the order and refund you in full.

6. Optional add-ons

Optional add-on products shown at checkout are never pre-selected. If you added one by mistake and have not downloaded it, write to us within 7 days for a refund of the add-on amount.
