This website vijeshsuthar.in is owned and operated by Jai Enterprises, a proprietorship firm of Vijesh Kumar, registered in Rajasthan, India, with its principal place of business at Osian, Jodhpur ("we", "us", "the Seller"). By visiting this website or purchasing any product from it, you ("the Customer") agree to the terms below. Please read them before placing an order.

1. What we sell

We publish and sell digital educational ebooks in Hindi for Indian parents, students and families — practical, step-by-step guides on everyday problems such as children's screen habits, reading, study and career skills.

All products sold on this website are digital goods (PDF files) delivered electronically by email. No physical item is shipped.

2. Products and pricing

The current list of products and prices is on our Pricing page. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable Goods and Services Tax. Our GSTIN is 08DHDPK0604P2Z7. We may change prices, run offers or withdraw an offer at any time; the price shown on the checkout page at the moment of payment is the price that applies to your order.

Some checkout pages show an optional add-on product. It is never pre-selected — it is added to your order only if you tick it yourself.

3. Placing an order

To buy, you enter your name and email address on our checkout page and complete the payment. You must provide a correct and working email address, because your product is delivered to that address. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by a wrong or misspelled email address supplied by you — but write to us and we will help.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by our authorised payment gateway partner, Razorpay. We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking and wallets, as offered by the gateway.

We do not store or have access to your card, UPI or banking details — those are handled entirely by the payment gateway on its own PCI-DSS compliant systems.

If money is debited but the order is not confirmed, write to us with the transaction reference; we will verify and either deliver the product or refund the full amount.

5. Delivery

The PDF is sent to your email address automatically after successful payment, normally within 15 minutes and in any case within 24 hours. Details: Shipping and Delivery Policy.

6. Licence to use

When you buy an ebook you receive a personal, non-transferable licence for use by you and your family. You may read it, print copies for your own household, and apply everything in it.

You may not:

• resell, rent, share, upload, forward or distribute the PDF or any part of it;
• copy the content into your own book, course, video or website;
• remove the copyright notice or claim the material as your own.

All content, text, design and printables in our products are the intellectual property of Jai Enterprises and are protected under Indian copyright law.

7. Educational content — no guarantee of results

Our ebooks are educational guides. They explain methods and give you a practical plan to follow. They are not a promise of any specific result, and they are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. 8. Refunds and cancellations

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy before buying. That policy forms part of these Terms.

9. Customer conduct

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may cancel an order and withhold delivery if we detect fraud or misuse.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected with a product or this website is limited to the amount you actually paid us for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date and applies to orders placed after that date.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
